In most cases, your item will ship from our warehouse in Australia. We do not collect any taxes such as GST/VAT, and you will be responsible for any customs/duties/taxes as required by your local government.

Our main Australian carrier is Australia Post, and our rates are structured accordingly. We use carrier-provided rates, meaning you are always paying exactly what our carrier charges us for shipping + $0.20 for packaging costs. Rates are based on order weight and your location.

Our estimated delivery times listed below are provided by the carriers and are based on normal circumstances. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 business day of being received.

USA & Canada (face masks only)

If your order contains ONLY face masks, it will ship from our Texas warehouse (subject to stock availability). Carriers are picked based on the cheapest shipping option for you.

• Standard carrier options (international) 7-30 business days
• Priority carrier options (domestic): 3-5 business days
• Expedited carrier options (domestic): 2-4 business days

Europe

For European customers, we are currently selling a limited selection of UK Stock from our UK warehouse, which will have cheaper shipping and a shorter delivery time than our Australian parcels.

Any orders containing items not from our UK Stock will be shipped from Australia as normal.

A note on DDP: We do not normally collect any duties such as VAT through our website, however with this shipping method we have the option to ship products with duties paid. If this is more convenient for you, you can contact us at hello@ludocherry.com with your order and we will manually create an invoice for you.
